This 250 sqm house had been a beloved family home for a decade before the owners felt it was time for a transformation.

The design focused on maintaining the elements that gave the house its unique character – such as the floors made of a local stone – while carefully reworking and improving areas that required adapting to their changing needs. 

The renovation journey began with reimagining the interior layout, updating finishing materials for modern living, and crafting custom carpentry to complement each room. A professionally-equipped kitchen space was built along side the main kitchen to accommodate the family’s love for daily cooking.

Outside, the garden underwent a thoughtful redesign. Mature trees that had watched over the home for years were carefully preserved and woven into the new lush and inviting landscape. And no one is more thrilled with the results than Tio, the family dog.
